Tertera di shopee produk dikirimkan plng lanbat 3hr stlh sy membayar. Namun stlh lwt 5hr penjual belum mengirimkan pesanan, tdk dibatalkan secara otomatis jg. Proses refund manual pun harus ada persetujuan penjual. Mohon perpendek dan ubah kebijakan pembatalan otomatis. Kalau begini penjual seperti tidak ada tanggung jawab utk mengirimkan pesanan tepat waktu. 1 bintang utk kebijakan yg tidak baik

Pembayaran di tolak oleh shopee tapi tetap di charge oleh bank.. telpon ke costumer service tapi sampai hari ini blm ada respon.. penangan costumer service sangat lambat. ---------------------------------------------- Payment avoid by shopee but charged by the Credit card.. we called the shopee costumer service but they responded very slow.. we havent get any respond till now.. this is gonna be the first and the last time using the this app!!!!
